Back then 8s would get people to exercise just by saying, “Hey, you look great.” A lot of times, the person doing the exercise would not even be aware they were doing it. Now, of course, you can look like a million bucks without being a million dollars. And while your body is still young, there are lots of ways to look like a million bucks.

We can say they are an older craze, but they are something completely new that seems to be becoming popular.
