My own personal “open workout” is a crossfit workout I do every Monday. I’ve been doing this workout for over a year now and I have to say that I’m really proud of how the training has improved every week. On any given Monday I do an entire workout, do cardio, then jump rope… the whole routine. I can even do it while my dogs are out in the yard.
