I know a lot of you out there are busy and stressed out after work, so I’m going to share with you a list of exercises to help you sweat a bit more and work out that “extra” body fat. It’s called the daisy keech hourglass workout and while it’s a great exercise list, you should get to know the ingredients first.

It also requires you to have a lot of ice cream, and ice cream is a very expensive and time consuming exercise. It is a very simple exercise where you need you to do a number of things at once. You need to run in circles for thirty minutes. Then you need to do a number of other things with your hands and legs. Finally, you have to do a number of other things with your feet.
You could do this exercise on your own with a little bit of practice, but for me, it’s all about making it fun and easy. I’m not going to give you a specific time limit, but I will say I’m super into this one, it’s really good. I think I’m going to get it into my workouts after I do something else.
Daisy is a workout for pretty much everyone, but it’s especially popular with beginners. I think this is because the exercise is so simple that even beginners can do it, and the rewards are big enough that you won’t feel bored because you’ll be out having fun. There’s no need to feel like you have to be a gymnast to do this one.
