A couple of years ago I had a chance to work with a client who was going through some fairly tough personal issues. Her husband was out of work and had to sell his house and move out of their home because he didn’t have enough money to support them. They were in a very precarious financial situation and she was starting to feel like she couldn’t go on with life without him. She had recently gotten pregnant and was starting to think about what to do with their family.

I had her write down a series of daily workouts she’d like to do. It was something like 50 short, easy exercises that she could do while watching tv or reading, for a total of 30 minutes. She gave me her workout schedule and the first thing I had to do was put the exercises in a spreadsheet. I created a custom-built spreadsheet and had a bunch of columns for each exercise: name, description, workout instructions, and the results.

And then I had to create an auto-scored sheet that showed me how well I did. For each exercise, I had to write down how many reps I could complete in 30 minutes, how many reps I could complete in an hour, how many reps I could complete in 4 hours, how many reps I could complete in 8 hours, how many reps I could complete in 16 hours, and how many reps I could complete in 24 hours.

All of this is just like the same spreadsheet that I used to record my running runs at the beginning of the year. Now it’s time for you to do the same for your own exercise routine.

So if you want to be a better runner, you need to make sure you’re taking time to exercise every day. It’s easy to start out with the wrong exercise program that you can’t complete in a half hour, but as you continue to get stronger and more fit, you’ll realize that if you start with the wrong program, you will never be able to keep up.

There is no right or wrong, it just depends on your individual situation. Thats why I started this site. This blog is just a few of the things that I hope will be helpful to you.

I had to think for a minute because the only thing I knew about running was from a book I read a long time ago called Running a Marathon. I even used to make a video of myself running, but that video was so awful, and I was always so ashamed that I used to do it.

I started making these videos because I wanted to keep up with my running. I wanted to keep up with my diet, and my workouts. I wanted to keep up with the way I looked, and my hair. I wanted to keep up with the way I felt, and the way my life felt. The only problem was that my wife and I both liked the idea of me doing a lot of cardio in order to keep up with her.

My personal workout has been all about diet, exercise, and lifestyle choices. I’ve been eating well and exercising, not because I want to keep up with my running, but because I want to keep up with her. After I was done running, I would start my weight training program, and that would be the end of my running. I knew I’d never get back to it, because I’d be so slow.
