Derrick Henry is one of the most influential trainers I’ve ever gotten to know. He was always very personable with a great sense of humor and a big smile. Derrick was just as at home as he was teaching. He always had a smile on his face, and he always seemed to be having fun. One of the things that Derrick Henry and I have always discussed is how the way we learn helps guide our learning.
I’ve been talking to Derrick for a little over a year now and he still is the same person. He’s still the same way he was the first time I met him. He still loves to talk about training, philosophy, and philosophy about training. He still has the same laugh, and the same smile, and the same love for training.
A few of the things we’ve talked about are the different ways that people learn. It can be by trying to learn things, by doing things, or by doing other things. In most cases I’m referring to the way in which we learn. I’ve been talking with Derrick for a little over a year now and hes still the same person. Derrick is not just any normal guy. He is actually one of the founders of the modern bodybuilding community and was a big part in the creation of the world’s first and best workout program. He has a ton of opinions on fitness and philosophy about training. He’s constantly breaking down different exercises and different training methods and is a big proponent of using the body as a temple of the spirit. He’s been on a quest to figure out how to train and live a healthy lifestyle for years now.
In his latest workout, Derrick Henry has taken on the very essence of fitness and training. In a way, it is his way or the highway, but he is now in a constant state of exercise, and no matter where he is, he still has to get on his bike and work out.
It’s not just Derrick Henry’s workout that is great. The workout video, which is one of the best at the gym I’ve ever seen, is not. With a very long intro, the video begins with what looks like the most normal workout we’ve seen in quite a while. Then we are introduced to the workout and we are told the whole thing is going to take about 3-4 hours.
What’s great about it is that the workout is done in such a way that the way it looks is as realistic as a regular routine you would see from the street. In the video, we can see Derrick doing the exercises as if he were actually in the gym. The video even shows some of the equipment he uses, such as the heart monitor and the weights.
The workout looks like you are going to be doing a lot of it. Derrick also seems to have the most realistic workout weve seen, which is what we look for in our workout videos. We are watching as Derrick gets a little bit of everything we can handle in a workout routine. Whether it’s the pumping motion of the leg press, the way the lats and biceps cramp together, or the way the upper chest muscle is squeezed together, Derrick has you working quite a bit.
Derrick is such a great example of how you can use bodyweight to get the most out of every exercise. His chest muscles could be the most difficult parts of the workout, so he does the best he can with them, but he doesn’t have to do it all the way up. His upper body is so strong that he even can pull off a full back squat without having to lift his body weight.
