To me, an elliptical machine is a wonderful thing. The machines are super simple and fairly affordable. The thing I like about them is that you can adjust the incline on the machine. You can have a small incline to help with your core, a medium incline to really work the legs and hips, and a large incline to really get the upper body and back into the machine. I think this is a great way to improve your health and fitness levels.
