I know. I’m not the only one. But I am still here to tell you that if you are going to exercise, you shouldn’t do it if you don’t want to hurt yourself. If you want to get a little “stuck in your tracks” but don’t want to get injured, then you’re better off not exercising at all.
I know. The only thing worse than getting a little stuck in your tracks is getting hurt. So if you are afraid of exercise, then you should only do it if you are willing to do it. That way you wont get in the way of yourself or the people you are worried about.
I once had a client who was afraid to exercise because he thought he would end up injuring himself. He asked me what I thought was the best form of exercise for him. I told him it depended on what he thought was the worst form of exercise. I was surprised when he said it was running. I then told him that he should not be afraid to exercise.
The best form of exercise is the kind that you will enjoy, like running, cycling, swimming, gym dancing, and so on. But you should exercise in a way that is good for you. If you just sit down and watch the clock ticking away and think about how you are going to do it. then you will be running more slowly than you want to. You should do it for a certain amount of time each day.
Okay, so this is one of those “I don’t like to exercise” things. You don’t like to train in the gym or go swimming. But you don’t really feel like walking on a treadmill. So you start a new day with a little bit of cardio, then go swimming, then cycle, then walk. You get better all of the time.

That might sound strange, but I think the point of exercise is to build up some muscular endurance and improve your performance. So doing it right and building up some muscles is part of the same thing. As for how long you should take to exercise, I’d say try to exercise for at least 30 minutes every day. And even then, that doesn’t mean you should exercise that much. Remember, the point of exercise is to build up some muscles and improve your performance.
I would say the best exercise is actually in the gym. Even if just taking a few minutes to walk around the block once in a while can make you stronger. If you’re going to exercise, think about how much better your life would be if you were strong and fit.
That said, even if you’re a runner, you can still find some exercise that you enjoy. Just make sure you’re getting enough rest, that you’re getting the right kind and amount of exercise, and that you’re getting it out of the right places.
