I’m not quite sure how to put this. When I feel stuck, my mind and body become so overactive that my body and mind just keep going back to the same old patterns and behaviors. I have found that self-awareness is the key to stopping ourselves from being pulled to the same old repetitive motions.

It is like your brain is a mini-motor, and you just can’t get started. We’re like ants, constantly running from one thing to another. Our brain just wants to do one thing. It’s like we want to get out of the house and go sit on the beach.
So, there are two things that can happen when you are stuck. Things are going too slow and you are not doing anything you can (or want to) do. Or, you are doing something you can (or want to) do, but it is hard and you feel like you are missing something. I don’t know what that thing is, but I don’t like it. I like things to be in motion, not stuck. I like things to be moving.
We all know this is a problem. We all spend time in our busy lives where we feel like we are missing something. I know I do. I feel like I am always missing something.
I know it’s important to feel like you have things moving, but it also helps to have a clear idea of what you want to accomplish. It’s not about what you want to do but where you want to be. It’s about what you can do rather then where you are stuck.
