We all have what we consider “function”. For some it’s a job, for others a place to stay, and others to do to entertain. But for the vast majority of us, it’s just something we do.
This is one of the reasons why I love working out! For the vast majority of us, function is not a job for us to do, it’s something we do for the joy in it. We live for pleasure, not for work.
In the fitness industry, being a fitness trainer isn’t a hobby. The industry is a business, and training is a business as well. With that being said, there are also many fitness trainers out there who are on the side of being paid well to help others become better at their own activities. As a profession, there are plenty of trainers out there who are not making as much money as their clients.
While it might be a small change in the world of fitness, this isn’t just a small change in the world of fitness. It’s a huge change in the world of humanity. For example, at the University of Michigan, research shows that fitness motivates people to be more productive in their work. The same goes for sports, whether it’s football, hockey, or basketball.
There are a lot of reasons why this is more than just a small change for people to be motivated to work harder. Work is often a grind, and if you want to be productive in your work you need to be motivated to do your work.
