In other words, practice. Practice so you can pass that knowledge on to others. The more you practice, the better you get. It takes a lot of practice to get good at something and the more you practice, the better you get at it. If you want to take a bath, you should go ahead and do it. If you want to drink a glass of wine, you should do that. If you’re having a few drinks, and you don’t feel like cooking, you should go ahead and do that.
