I am so happy to be able to say that I’ve never had a food-related allergy and have never had any sort of food sensitivity. I’m also very grateful that I’ve never had to deal with food sensitivities in the past and have not had to take medicine.

In our testing, I couldn’t detect lactose in the yogurt, but you can be sure that the lactose-free milk is going to be lactose-free.
