With just a few of these delicious kabobs, you are sure to find yourself in a food-filled world that is sure to make you feel good. This is not just a kabob recipe, but a way to express how much you care about the food you eat. You can’t go wrong with either the meat or the veggies; they make for a great combo.
First, we make some kabob meats.
The first kabob meat we use is the one we call “Lobster.
Lobster meat is a lean, yellow, firm meat that is just about perfect for eating. The texture is similar to the smaller lobster meat, but more tender. It has a delicate flavor that makes it perfect for grilling. For the kabob veggies, we use a mix of radishes, cucumbers, and cabbage.
The kabob vegetables are so great because you can eat them raw, add to salads, or even freeze in a ziplock package to make a quick meal. The vegetables are also incredibly easy to make. For the kabob meat we cook it in a saucepan with some onions and garlic. The meat is then cooked with the onions and garlic for about ten minutes until the onions are just soft but not browned. That’s it.
I like to keep the veggies and meat separate so that the veggies don’t get soggy, but if you want to have the veggies on top of the meat you can. The vegetables get a little soggy if you put them on the top of the meat too much.
We decided to eat the kabob meat on a plate with a small bowl on the side. This keeps the veggies on the side and helps make it look like there is more of the veggies and less of the meat.
