When we think of food we think about things that are cheap and easy to make, we think about food that can be made in any kitchen and we think about food that is delicious and nutritious. This is when we think of food. The problem with food is we think about a lot of things that aren’t.
In the past, when we thought about food we thought about things that actually took a lot of effort to make. We thought about how hard it is to make it, the prep work, and the cleanup after we made it. We thought about the amount of time and money it would take to make it, and how the food would taste. But more than anything, we thought about what it was. We thought about what it meant. We thought about how it made us feel.
The hardest part about food is that we think about too much. It’s not the food itself that we think about so much as what it means. So when we think about food we tend to think about things that mean a lot to us. The problem is that when we think about food we lose control of our eating and eating habits. The more we eat, the more we tend to eat the same thing every day.
The problem with eating this way is that we are constantly making choices based on what we think are those “good” foods. Some people I know have a tendency to eat a lot of things that they like (like chocolate) and others tend to avoid things that they dislike (like fat). The problem with this is that our eating pattern is highly influenced by what we think is “good.
You don’t have to worry about this now, because on January 1st 2015 we will no longer be able to control food, but we are confident that our new eating habits will be beneficial to our health. In fact, we think our new eating habits will be even more beneficial, so we’re happy to share them with you so that you can share your own eating habits.
As far as you know, your eating habits will be controlled by your brain, but we think the new eating patterns will keep your brain healthy. The good thing is that you will lose the weight you have gained in the process, and will be able to enjoy your food in healthier ways.

Benton is already a big part of our life, as our daughter is now eating more than our son and we’ve had to get her to eat the same foods at the same times. We think that it’s because Benton is the brain’s “sweet spot” and it’s a good way to make sure your brain is always going strong. Plus he’s got all the right ingredients for his food.
The only thing that we don’t like about Benton is his name. We don’t like it because its so weird and off-putting and make us cringe because we don’t think its cute. We also don’t like that we had to do this in order to get Benton to eat. Well, we had to do that because we needed some healthy food to make up for it.
To be honest, we found Benton just as creepy and off-putting as we did Benton’s name. We were looking for a food that would make us feel well-fed and healthy, and Benton is not that. We like the way Benton feeds on his food, but we have to admit that he has a point; while his food is good, it also is very similar to what our bodies would have for our dinner.
