I had never heard of food lion. I’ve lived in North Carolina my entire life. I am very familiar with local food and how we source locally grown and harvested local produce. I’ve done my best to live a healthy lifestyle, but some of the fruits of my labor have not been shared with the world, and I am happy to share my knowledge with others.
