I was having lunch at The High Point Food Lion with my husband and daughter last week and came across a new item: the hot dog! I didn’t know that it was on the menu, so I was a little taken aback. But the hot dog was so good that I just kept eating it.

We can’t really argue with this logic. The high-fat meats we eat every day aren’t as tasty and high in calories as the high-fat foods we eat every other day. This is why I was always hungry at night. I know that I didnt eat enough fiber. Its how I got the weight gain. The one thing I did do though, was drink more water.
