What’s the best way to explain the flavor of food? Simply put, it tastes good, it’s healthy, and it’s good for you.

This is the same issue I have with those food lion boxes that people can get from Amazon, which seem to be more about their “exclusive” discount than their nutritional value and are often filled with processed food that is way too salty.
