The fact is that the majority of our thoughts and actions are on autopilot. This isn’t necessarily a bad thing either. Our habits, routines, impulses, and reactions carry us through our lives so we don’t have to stop and think about it every time we wipe our ass or start a car.
The problem is when we’re on autopilot for so long that we forget we’re on autopilot. Because when we’re not even aware of our own habits, routines, impulses, and reactions, then we no longer control them they control us.
The problem is when were not even aware of our own habits, routines, impulses, and reactions, then we no longer control them. In other words, our thoughts and actions are controlled by our habits, routines, impulses and reactions. Our habits, routines, impulses and reactions are the ones that determine our behavior, not us. However, when we are aware of them, our behavior is controllable.
This is why knowing where you’re at in your life and what you’re doing is as important as knowing who you are and what you want to do. If you’re aware of all the “good” habits, routines, impulses, and reactions that you have, then you can be more proactive about managing them. For example, if you only eat meat, then you’ll have less impulse to buy a chicken.
Knowing what youre doing is also important because it’s the only way to be able to control your impulses and reactions. Knowing what you’re doing in your life, your habits, routines, impulses, and reactions is as important as what you want to do or who you are.
So if you want to do good, then you need to be proactive with what you are doing. You can even make a point of saying to yourself, “I want to do something good, I’m doing good,” or “I want to do something fun, I’m doing fun.” I’ve found that when I do these little self-reflections, my habits, routines, impulses, and reactions all fall into place.
For example, if you want to do something really good, but youre not sure, you can simply say, “Im doing good, Im doing good, Im doing good, Im doing good.” I mean, just say it and see what happens. If you get really good, you can then start to look back on your life and say, “I really like to do that. I do that a lot. I have to do that a lot.
In other words, we’re not just talking about self-awareness. We’re talking about the ability to take a moment to look back on our own lives and say to ourselves, I really like to do that. It’s that easy.
No. It is not. We have to look back at the way we used to live our lives to see how that felt. We have to focus on the present moment and say, I really like doing that. I really like doing that.
So, in that moment of self-awareness, we get to say to ourselves: I really like doing that. It was fun. It was hard. It was frustrating. It was fulfilling. It was relaxing. It was fun. It was hard. It was frustrating. It was fulfilling. It was relaxing. It was fun. It was hard. It was frustrating. It was fulfilling. It was relaxing. It was fun. It was hard. It was frustrating. It was fulfilling.
