The best thing about frozen veggies is they’re safe. Even non-frozen veggies can be frozen safely, and can stay frozen for up to a year. If you want to make sure you have food that’s safe to eat, you should freeze veggies in a container that’s easy to pack and transport. If you don’t want to risk it, you can buy vegetables that are already frozen. Or you can buy frozen veggies in bulk.
Food preservation is another issue that I am seeing. I have frozen green beans, peas, peas and spinach, and that doesn’t seem to be enough. It’s the same with chicken, fish, and meat. Frozen vegetables should be a minimum of three times per week. A large serving of meat, or even a pound of chicken, should be frozen in the freezer.
