I can’t think of something more important than food. Food is one of those things that is so ubiquitous that it’s pretty much baked into our psyches at birth. No one can deny that food is one of the best things that ever happened to us. It’s also one of those things that if you try to put yourself in a bad situation like eating bad food, you’ll probably just end up making yourself miserable.
That’s not to say that every person in our society is an expert in food, and the world is not full of people that are. But if you consider yourself knowledgeable about the subject, you can easily avoid eating bad food. We’re all prone to pick and choose what we eat. We choose what we eat based on what we eat ourselves. However, if you have food allergies or restrictions you cant have, it’s best to avoid putting yourself into that position.
Its best to avoid food allergies or restrictions when you can. If you have a food allergy or restriction, then you cant have it. You can however put yourself into a position where you will have to eat something that you cant have. Think about it. What if you eat a bowl of pasta that is made with potatoes? You have a serious problem with your stomach. You cannot have that.
There are times when you have to eat something that you cant have, but there are other times when you cant have something you cant have. If you have a food restriction or allergy, you cant have it. If you have a food restriction or allergy, you can however put yourself into a position where you can eat something that you cant have. Think about it. What if you eat a bowl of pasta that is made with potatoes You have a serious problem with your stomach. You cannot have that.
So, basically, when you say “you cant have that” you mean “you can not have that”. This is one of those things where I would tell you that the best way to handle it is to do what you are trying to do and then change your mind. If you want to change your mind and eat the pasta, then you can eat the pasta. If you want to avoid the pasta but still have the pasta, then you have to find a way to have the pasta.
There is a strong correlation between the amount of protein we consume and how good our diet is. For instance, when you eat a lot of seafood, you are doing so in order to get the same amount of protein you would get from eating a plant-based diet. This is why most folks who advocate eating mostly plant-based meals are worried about the long-term health effects of eating the wrong types of protein.
In the case of meat, you can eat a lot of meat and still be getting the same amount of protein. As one of our scientists put it, “The meat industry in the US is the largest single source of protein in the US.” In other words, if you are eating the same amount of protein that a vegetarian would in a plant-based diet, you’re doing it wrong.
This is why I would never consider any food that has been processed or modified, as it has all of the problems of a processed food and none of the benefits. Sure, most processed foods are still good for you, but they are not the same as anything grown fresh in the wild, nor are they as good for you as whole foods.
Of course I don’t mean to sound like a nutrition expert, but I’m probably just being overly cynical and maybe a bit stupid in my thinking, but I think the main problem with processed foods is that they are often processed with chemical additives. Think about it: if I ate a bowl of cereal that was processed with a lot of sugar from the sugar maker, I’d have a hard time getting enough protein from it.
You are correct in saying that you will have less protein once you have processed food, but I think this is mostly because it was added to the food to make it taste good. In the long run though, it’s probably more than just a question of taste though. We see processed junk foods, cookies, etc that are made as a result of chemical additives. Our bodies were designed to be fed by plants, not processed foods.
