The problem is when we’re so used to things falling into place without our awareness that we can’t even see why we’re doing something.
Thats why we call this the “Self-Awareness problem”. When we forget that we are controlling our behaviors and our habits, then we’re lost. It’s like going back to your childhood and wondering why you are always hungry or how you have to get up in the morning.
