I’m a big believer in regular exercise and have been for a number of years. I love the fact that I don’t have to sit at a desk all day. I also love the fact that I can actually run while I’m working. Running is great, but it is only one aspect of my life. I love to walk. I also love to walk to work or just anywhere in my neighborhood.
I’m not saying that walking is bad, but it can be very time consuming, and that can take away from the actual work you would be doing. So, for example, if you’re doing marketing all day long, at least in my limited experience, taking your time walking to your place or taking your dog for a walk is a very effective way to get some work done.
In the same vein, if Im working on a project, I would rather work when Im walking. I can work more efficiently and get more done if I am not distracted by other activities.
