Why We Love full body workout vs split for fat loss (And You Should, Too!)

In terms of physical fitness, the split is the better choice for most people, but I think the full body workout works better for fat loss than the split. But I do agree with you, and I’ve seen it a lot on the web and in my own gym.

The difference between the two is that the full body workout burns more calories per workout than the split. It’s like if you exercise one leg every day for four days, and then you do another leg only for one day.

That’s a good point and it’s exactly why I prefer the full body workout, because you can burn a lot more calories in one session. You still end up with fewer calories burned when you do it twice a day.

So what’s the difference between the two? Well, the most important factor is the amount of calories you need to burn to lose fat. In the full body, you can burn more calories on each workout than a split. The reason is that the full body, but not the split, requires you to lift heavy weights, so you need more calories to burn when you do it.

One hour of walking is the equivalent of about 500 calories, which means that a full body workout at a gym takes about 3 or 4 hours. You can cut that time to 1.5 hours by doing the whole body workout. If you do it twice a day at home, you can burn about 500 calories in one hour and gain weight. But if you do it twice a day, you burn more calories and lose fat faster.

I have a friend who does both at home and uses cardio equipment at the gym. He loves the gym, but he doesn’t love the cardio. One morning he used to go to the gym and do a cardio workout, but now he does it with weights. If he had to pick one, he would say it’s the split for fat loss.

While you may think you can just work out and lose weight, you really can’t. And even a little cardio, even if you do it in a gym, can’t be a substitute for proper exercise. In fact, if you do cardio at home, you’re actually more likely to burn more calories if you exercise in an office. The reason is that when you do cardio, you’re not actually doing cardio.

While a cardio workout is good for building muscle, you have to do it with the right type of weight. A great cardio workout is cardio jogging. Its a great way to work out your heart and lungs while burning calories. If done right, it will also build muscle, but it can only be done at home.

The problem as a person is that you can only do cardio at home. You can’t do it at the gym because you’ll be making excuses. I know, I know, you think this is a small thing, but this is a huge issue. The reason is that the average gym is a huge place where you can’t do cardio. The reason is because you can’t do it with the right type of weight.
