I’m a die-hard runner and it’s one of the things that keeps me motivated and keeps me in shape. I love a good workout and I love the feeling of completing a goal and getting it over and done with. But my body is not set up to run marathons, and it’s not set up to run on a mountain.
Well, it is in fact, however you may think about it. Im currently training for a marathon in two weeks and I’m looking forward to seeing how that goes. My body is not set up for that. However, I am not worried about it. I want to do it. I am confident that I can.
So why are you training for a marathon? Because you’re not in your 20s anymore. You’re in your 50s. You’re going to need that endurance to achieve your goals, right? And as for the endurance, I’m not worried about it. I am concerned about my ability to do the endurance in the first place. As I said, I love a challenge and I want to be challenged.
It’s not just that you don’t want to be in your 20s anymore. You want to be in your 50s. You want to be in your 60s. You want to be in your 70s. You want to be in your 80s. You want to be in your 100s. You want to be in your 200s. You want to be in your 300s. You want to be in your 400s. You want to be in your 500s.
That’s a lot of years, right? To be in your 700s, 700s is already a decade. To be in your 700s, I’m pretty sure you are already a teenager. To be in your 700s, I guess that means that I’m already in my 20s. (Just kidding.

And that’s not a bad thing at all. If you’re looking to be in your 700s, then you can be in it by just learning how to exercise and eating right.
Well, maybe that is a bad thing. If you’re currently in your 700s, then it doesn’t seem like much of a stretch to say you ought to get in shape to be in your 700s. But if you’re not in your 700s, then it’s still hard to imagine how you could be in your 700s. Most of our fitness efforts seem to revolve around trying to eat good and sleep well.
Well, yes, but that is a bad thing, too, because eating right and sleeping right are two very different things. But in the end, it doesnt really matter that much because the only real goal is to get in a decent shape. The best way to get in a decent shape is to eat right and sleep right.
