I love this workout sheet. It’s a little bit of a cheat sheet for the hammer and chisel workouts, and it’s a great one to use when you need a break and don’t want to get distracted with the actual workouts.
The sheet is basically a series of graphic diagrams that illustrate the exercises. You can do them by simply drawing little circles and arrows to show where the hammer is resting when using the chisel. It’s not a bad idea at all.
