In this case, it might be that we are not allowed to do bodyweight exercises in the way we were meant to do them (i.e. we can’t sprint). But in our case, we’re going to make things easier on ourselves. I mean, this is a video game, after all. You can’t really expect anyone to be running around like a crazy man.
The reason we need to do these exercises is that you need to be able to run on your own for 30 seconds. We are going to have you actually run on your own, so you can actually feel your hamstring get sore from all the jumping. We want you to keep your legs straight to avoid any hip flexor pain.
We’re not going to be doing too much leg work in this video, but I still recommend you try hamstring exercises if you have any. You can start with these simple hamstring exercises and build your endurance as you go. The exercises should take you less than a minute and you can do them anywhere.
