I agree with this. I like fast food a lot, and I’m sure you do too. But fast food often goes overboard with the extra calories and sugar and fat. It’s usually loaded with sodium and high in cholesterol and calories. That’s bad for you.

Fast food tends to be loaded with calories, fat, and sugar, and most of these calories are hidden away in the form of carbs. The extra carbs you eat can be packed into a bag of chips or a cup of chunky soup. The amount of excess sugar and fat is staggering.

Well, that is what I am doing when I am eating pizza. I am trying to eat a lot of calories and fat. I am also trying to get rid of the cheese. The way I do this is by taking it off the pizza, cutting it into small pieces, and then putting the pieces in the fridge. Then I put it back on the pizza and the cheese is gone and I am eating a lot of calories and fat.
Some people like to eat fast food for its health benefits. But for me, the fast food aspect of it is just a way to satisfy my craving for carbs. I could have just as easily gotten a nice steak and a couple of beers.
