I have to admit that I am a fan of the hard to kill fitness review. It is the best thing I have read in a long time. It is also the hardest thing I have ever read.
I’m not entirely sure if I’m the only person reading this who doesn’t know how to kill the workout, but I’ve been trying for years and have never come close. I think it is because the fitness industry has moved so far from the idea that people should “just” kill themselves that the whole idea of “just” killing yourself in the gym has been abandoned.

To think that you need to kill yourself to get the workout done is to assume that not everyone can get the workout done.
I think this is the case. In the early 1900s when people were jumping off bridges to commit suicide, they knew they were breaking the law. In the 1950s when people were jumping off bridges to commit suicide, they were doing it for entertainment. This is a great point. The reason why so many people don’t work out is because they are afraid to, you know, because it’s not the most fun thing in the world. I’m one of those people. I mean, that’s okay. There are plenty of things to do and lots of things to do them with. I’ve been doing yoga for years, and the instructor is a friend of mine.
I have a friend who does cardio workouts and I think she is doing them pretty good. I get her to the gym at least twice a week to do pushups, and she is actually pretty good at it.
Maybe you think you are doing them, but the truth is, you probably aren’t. Even your friends think youre just doing them because you have no desire to do something else. Maybe thats why they feel like it’s not fun to you or something.
It seems like a lot of gym studios are trying to “reinvent” themselves in a way that gets people to think they are doing cardio workouts. If you are like most people, you probably do them because they are fun, but you are probably not doing them for the same reason. You probably do them only because you feel like it is a necessity to get your heart rate up for your next class.
Maybe that’s why you never really have a gym you can go to, it’s just the way you are. If that is true, then you will always find some way to motivate yourself to do it. It doesn’t mean you will never do it, but if there really is no way to motivate yourself to go out and do cardio, then you won’t ever really do it.
If you are still alive then you know that hard workouts are necessary for getting better at anything, even if its just your love for playing football. If you are dead then you should know that it is a lot less important and a lot less fun to take care of yourself. I say that because cardio is such a boring thing to do that you are probably better off getting your butt kicked in a boxing event.
