The problem with sweating it is you can burn out. As a human being sweating it can be pretty taxing and burnout is a real danger when you work out. You can also injure yourself. The reason why you should always sweat it is because it burns fat. And it burns fat so you can build muscle. And muscle is the key to having a good, lean, toned body.
In the past I would say, its ok, youve worked yourself up a bit, but now that its become a big trend, Im not sure. I think its pretty easy to get burnt out. After a while you just want to give up and lay down, but if you have a great workout you can work yourself right back up until you get to the point where you can just keep going. I would say its pretty easy to burn out.
Now that I think about it, that’s my point. When you feel like you’re going to die, you can either give up, get up, and go home or you can keep going. But I think I can safely say that if you give up, you won’t be able to get to the point where you can go home.
