The Horseshoe Tricep is a great exercise for you to use on the tricep. It is also an excellent way to work on your flexibility and strength.
I hate to be the bearer of bad news, but the Horseshoe Tricep is a muscle-building, cardio and flexibility exercise. It targets the tricep muscles and uses them to work on upper-body strength and balance. It is the most effective exercise for building that muscle-building tricep. It is also very effective in improving your flexibility.
If you are working to improve your tricep muscles it would be wise to work out with a certified trainer (and preferably one who has an Horseshoe Tricep video or two). You don’t want to let your muscles get too weak and sore.
Like I said, it’s that important. I don’t want to give a lot of information away, but I would recommend working out with a trainer and a video to get an idea of what the exercises will be like. The video I am using is a good one by John “Stunt” Pizzo. It is a short one but it covers all the muscles that you work on, and it covers most of the exercises in one video.
