Snoozes are awesome. But for the best snooze I’ve ever had, you’d have to have been the best snoozer I’ve ever met and I’m not sure I’d even be able to name him. But I bet we can all agree on one thing: the snooze you do when you’re in bed is so amazing, I can’t even begin to describe it.
The snoozing part was the real thing. That’s because it’s a great way to learn how to do it. It has helped me so much with my sleep habits. But it’s not just about the snooze. When you go to sleep, you’re also learning to control your breathing so you don’t get snoozed off to sleep again. This is actually a skill that I learned from a professional snorer named Alex.

You also reduce the risk of accidents like falling asleep on the kitchen counter or accidentally falling asleep on the couch. This is something you can take to the next level. And, because you are in the comfort of your own bed, you can rest assured that you will sleep soundly as you breathe in and out.
It’s not the case that snoozing is a bad thing. On the contrary, it has a variety of advantages. One of the biggest is that you wake up with a completely new perspective on your body. You’re now not just in one place but in a whole new place, which has its own thoughts and feelings. You don’t just wake up to a black void like you would if you were still asleep. You wake up to a new reality you didn’t know existed.
Another advantage of snoozing is that you can completely forget about the past. You can think about things youve forgotten about. For example, if youre trying to sleep in a hotel, you can forget about your old apartment. You can think about the things youve forgotten about your old apartment. Thats because your previous surroundings are no longer present.
