We were told in spain that taking a siesta was the mark of a weak person. Well, I guess in our culture this is a bit of a stretch. Siestas are a great way to wind down and rest your mind after a long day. And you don’t have to be an expert on siestas to know that a siesta is not just relaxing, but a way to refresh yourself and to take a few moments to let your mind rest.
I know there is a lot of debate about whether siestas are the best way to take a break from work and stress. But really, it’s just a great way to take the body clock out. Plus, you don’t even have to take a break from work to take the siesta. Siestas can be taken in the morning or at night.
You can use siestas for a number of different functions. The first is to take your mind off everything else. Siestas are great for meditation, but they can also be used to relax your body. When you take your siesta, you can also try to focus on the details of what you are doing, so you can spend less time on the things that don’t matter.

Secondly, it makes you less likely to pass out. And thirdly, it helps your body use up some energy because it gets you out of bed and into a nap.
I love taking a siesta. I know it sounds kumbaya and hippy-dippy, but the real reason I take one is because it helps boost my immune system. My body uses up a lot of energy, and a lot of that energy is spent in other people’s bodies. I feel bad for the people who are allergic to my siestas. They are dying, and they are dying for a reason.
