When I say insanity, I mean I do insane things all day long. Like, I will literally run until I get out of breath, I’ll jump from my bed, and even if I’m lying on the floor in my pajamas, I’ll jump up and down on the couch. I’ll eat a really weird food, or try to eat the most weirdest food, or even try to eat a food that is super gross.
I have a few friends I see all the time who are so insane that they will eat anything and anything at any time. If they are eating in front of me, I will often try to distract them so that they don’t eat anything. This is not because I want them to eat all my food. I just love seeing them eat.
And if you really want to see someone in an insane state, watch this video, which shows some friends eating the most disgusting food they’ve ever tried. I mean, it would have been fine if they ate the most disgusting food someone else had, but I think it is a little more interesting that it would be someone who was eating the most disgusting food they could possibly eat.
Now to be fair, it’s not about food. It’s about body fluids and the fact that no one seems to care if they have the best body fluids. At least they seem to care if they’re going to die.
The video starts with a couple friends eating some food, and then it cuts in to them talking about how they are “going to die”. Then it cuts to people in a gym doing crunches and doing pushups. At the very end it shows them doing more crunches and more pushups, before they end up in the hospital. I guess it seems like these people are going to die anyway, so why waste the effort if they don’t actually get killed.
The insanity fitness test video is one of the best things about insanity fitness, because it really shows that you should be prepared for whatever will happen. These people are basically sitting on their asses so they have to pretend to be doing anything that just might kill them. And if you think about it, it kind of makes sense. Every day you have these people making those decisions.
It’s not that people are always going to be making these decisions. As with any test, there is a point of diminishing returns, and the point of diminishing returns for insanity fitness is usually at about 50%. This test is just an opportunity to get really good at the game. If you can do the test on day 1 and do well on day 2, you can really improve your odds of surviving the test on day three.
If you do well on day 1, you will have a better chance of surviving the next three days and you have a better chance of surviving the test on day three, and if you do well on day 3, you have a much better chance of surviving the entire game.
