It’s true, you will burn more calories during workouts if you have a pre-workout drink. However, it is most likely not going to change your muscles. It may stimulate your metabolism, but it won’t change much. It may help you lose weight, but it won’t help you lose muscle.
Is c4 energy a pre workout drink? The answer is an obvious yes. It is a pre-workout drink. It is a pre-workout drink because it will be consumed before your workout. It is a pre-workout drink because it is intended to be consumed after your workout.
That is the whole point of a pre-workout drink. It is designed to be consumed after your workout, to help you lose muscle while you workout by stimulating your metabolism. It is also intended to help you burn calories while you workout. The problem is that a pre-workout drink doesn’t actually have muscles in it. It actually has just sugar.
If you want your muscles to burn, you have to work out. If you want your calories to burn you have to exercise. In fact, if you want both things, you have to exercise and drink a pre-workout drink.
Well, I am not sure if it’s possible to drink a pre-workout drink and not burn calories. However, you can and you will. The problem is you should just drink it before you exercise so that the sugar gets converted to fat. I’m not sure if this was a conscious decision, or if they just thought that since we all love sweet stuff to drink before we exercise, we’d all agree.
So, I was at the gym this morning and the guy at the machines had an amazing concoction of sweet things that I wanted to drink. I asked for the sweet drink, and he gave me a bottle of c4 energy drink. This is a drink you can drink during your workout. It is 100% fruit juice, and in fact does not contain any sugar.
I’ve never been a fan of drinking energy drinks before exercising. It can be very sweet, but in my opinion the only reason to drink it is to exercise. So I wasn’t too excited for this new c4 offering.
I don’t buy into the hype that c4 is a great drink. There are a lot of things in c4 that I dont think are great, it’s just that I don’t see why people would put so much effort into this drink. The reason I say this is because c4 is not a drink made for exercising. It’s sugar water but it’s not really made for exercising. So when you add in the juice, it’s like adding a whole bunch of sugar.
