beachbody is a new workout program that gets you on the track to a new you. In this video, I have a workout with my best friend, but I also discuss the benefits of this workout. It is an accountability workout, so everyone should sign up, and this is the ultimate intro to the workout.
The first day of beachbody is always super intense, so to make sure that you are ready to go, it is always a good idea to follow along with me talking about the actual workout. At the end of the video I will share a link to a free app that I use to track my workout, and I will also share a link to a site that is easy to navigate and will also provide you with the workout you need.
My workouts are all about challenging me and pushing me to the limits to see if I can handle the challenge. It seems that the first workout I did was pretty intense because I was really pushing myself to the limit. The next few were not nearly so intense because I felt so good about myself. In fact, the first time I did my workout, the person that I was with just went to the bathroom.
You may be wondering why you’d do a workout like that. Well, you will get to learn more about the workout process. If you choose to go through your workout, you will get to see yourself in action. You will discover the many details that make your workout great.
Because I was so proud of myself at the gym, I decided to add a few more exercises to my workout regimen. The second workout was definitely the most intense because I felt so strong and so confident. I was like one of those people who just gets stronger every time they do a workout. I wanted to prove to myself that I was not just the weak-ass weakling that I knew I was.
The first workout was the harder because I was even more focused on pushing myself. But I was still feeling strong, so I decided that I wanted to do the third workout. I put on one of my favorite music videos for the gym, and when the song came on and I heard the lyrics to the song I knew I had found the motivation I needed to continue my workouts.
Now that I’m not the weak-ass weakling that I know I am (and even that wasn’t as bad as I thought it was), I’m not sure what I’m going to do once I get back to a more normal life. I don’t want to be so busy that I miss out on the things I used to enjoy.
