As for my personal opinion on John Grimek, I really think he is an awesome trainer and an awesome person. He has a very unique and intense workout routine that I have been following since day 1. No other trainer is that hard to beat.
I think that John Grimek is one of the best fitness instructors I’ve ever seen. His workouts are hard, but they are so hard that I know he is trying to prove something to himself. I think his workout routine is worth a thousand words, for me he is the best. I’ve been following him since day one and I’m still following him.
My workout routine is a little different than John Grimek. I just do what I do every day. This is a very fast paced workout routine that uses dumbbells. I pick a dumbbell that I want to use and I jump up and down and do pushups. I do this for 3 minutes and then I go to the bench to do the same thing again for 3 minutes. I do a few sets of reps on each part of the routine.

If you wanna get the same effect as a slow workout, use weights and cardio as much as possible. The first thing you have to realize is that the way you want to lose weight is not as important as the amount you lose. You have to work at it as hard as you can, but don’t go too heavy or you will feel like you’re making up for lost time. You can also get the same results in a slower workout routine if you use a combination of cardio and weights.
