I haven’t seen this in a while, but I feel like jump rope abs are back in fashion. I’ve been in love with jump rope ever since I can remember. I’ve also been lucky enough to be given a chance to witness a friend’s new jump rope routine, so this is definitely one of my favorite workouts I’ve done in a long time.
