Not only do you get strength and endurance from them, but you can also build a stronger friendship. The one time everyone works out together, they often end up stronger and a weaker one. What a friend is good for is when a person is strong and healthy and your not, that’s when you can really make a difference.
Just like me, Justin’s workout routine consists of strength training, cardio, and a little bit of weight lifting. I think he will be a great asset to the team if he continues going strong.
