We’re not as concerned about the amount of fat we’ve gained this year as we are about the amount of fat that has been completely gone.
Well, at least we can still feel good about the fact that we still have a few pounds to go. I guess we didn’t want to lose them all for fear of it being the end of the world.
After we saw this little video by Weight Watchers, all we wanted to do was take our kids to the beach, but now we want to go on a diet. For us, the point of a diet is for us to lose all the “bad” weight that has been sitting on our hips for the last week. That means we need to shed all the extra weight weve put on.
If you are going on a diet for weight loss, you need to start by looking at your body and seeing if you are losing any fat, if you are gaining any, if you are losing any, if you are gaining any. If you are gaining fat, your body is not doing the right things. If you are losing fat, your body is losing the right things.
Kaley Cuoco was recently down to the last 10 pounds after her recent weight loss, and as a result, she’s decided to start a new diet. She’s taking a 30-day challenge and is going to cut out all carbs and sugars (and not just for the first 15 days, but even for the last 10 days) so that she can shed the last few pounds she’s gained.
Not surprisingly, the weight loss has been pretty good, with Kaley losing 12 pounds in the first 10 days, which is also why she is cutting out all carbs. So if your body is losing fat, it is also losing the right things and you should be able to shed some weight.
Before you begin any weight-loss diet you need to know what your body is missing. This is where a little self-awareness comes into play. Are you eating the right things? Is your goal to lose fat? Is it not fat? Or is it the right thing to lose the fat? In this case, Kaley is trying to lose fat, but she is also going to be losing the carbs.
In a recent interview with Vogue, Katie Couric, a former talk show host and host of ABC’s popular morning show “The View,” revealed her secret for losing weight: she watches her portions. “I keep a small cup of tea with extra sugar in it on hand,” she said. “I drink more wine than I should or I don’t. I eat too much. I don’t exercise.
I think you can easily find excuses for not losing weight, but this would be a very different topic with a few exceptions. One of our goals in life is to avoid the “I’m too lazy” excuse. The last time I did that I lost 50 pounds. I did it to lose the fat, not the size.
