I’m not saying its not important to lose weight, but if you want to build muscle, you need to use a lot of different exercises. You can’t just go in and start hitting the same exercises over and over. You need to get new ones. Thats why kettlebell is the best exercise for strength training. Its a great way to build muscle, but you also need to be creative with it.

Of course, I would never recommend you use a kettlebell to train for lifters unless you have a specific goal of training for lifters, and you have the time to train with a weight that is heavy enough so that you can use a weighted barbell to gain strength and lean muscle.
I’m not sure if it’s kettlebell weight loss or kettlebell power training that is the more popular kettlebell exercise among beginners. For starters, most of the kettlebell exercises are very easy, and you can use them for hours on end because they’re so long, they’re not really that taxing. In the newer kettlebells, you can use them for longer periods of time, but you’re going to have to get a lot stronger before you can use them effectively.
I have no problem with it, because I do think the weight is an important thing. But I do believe that you don’t need to be the heaviest, most massive person in the room to succeed in any exercise. You need to be strong enough to lift a lot of weights, but not so strong that the weights fall over.
