This is probably the most self-aware video I’ve seen in a long time. For example, the video is full of real world knowledge and wisdom. But it also shows that krav maga isn’t just cool to learn, but that it can actually be used for a serious combat role.

The same thing happens with self-esteem. When you’re self-conscious about something, you’re also self-conscious about where you are compared to others. When you start thinking about yourself a lot, you start to believe you’re a better, more knowledgeable, more powerful, more important person than the people around you. In a nutshell, you start to want to be liked better, and the only way you can get it is by thinking yourself a lot.
Krav Maga is a workout that involves the concept of self-criticism. Basically, the idea is to stop focusing on some aspect of the self and really start focusing on the whole person. So, instead of focusing on the fact that youre a fat, stupid, lazy person, you start to focus on the fact that youre a fat, stupid, lazy person. Once you start to do this, it takes a lot of self-awareness to focus on it.
