I was fortunate enough to be able to serve the needs of the community for the first time. I was able to do so by being able to help others as an employee and by using my personal resources to assist other households.
The Lake Care food pantry is an organization that helps people with food assistance and meal delivery in the community. The food pantry provides a variety of food items, including soup, rice, cereal, and canned goods, to families in need. It does so by providing meals to needy households who are unable to make their own meals.
A few months ago I donated a dinner set to the Lake Care food pantry. It was a great gesture and I am so thankful that they had the time to make a meal for me. I have been able to purchase several other meal sets as well.
