Many of the routines require a lot of walking, but they don’t even require you to walk all that much. The fact is that a lot of people need to improve their walking speed and coordination.
All the exercises are short and easy to do, and they aren’t really challenging. They are just simple exercises. In the beginning, they might be easy to perform but after a while, as you get used to them, it becomes a lot easier. And if you want to, you can do them all in one session.
So if you need to improve your walking speed or coordination, there are plenty of workouts for you. It doesn’t usually take a lot of time to start out but the exercises do take a lot of time to perfect. There are also some great stretches you can do as well.
I’m not just talking about stretching your muscles. I’m talking about stretching your whole body. Sometimes you can get it wrong when you’re only moving your legs or arms, so it’s worth taking a good look at your body to make sure that you’re actually doing everything you need to do.
We are talking about speed in this context. I dont run, but Ive been doing a lot of walking and I get great results in that regard. I like to do lots of walking after a hard workout (for both my legs and my whole body) and then Ill find some time later to walk on my own.

I like to use the word “all” because it makes the exercise seem more complete and efficient.
