And the best angle for resting your head on your legs is the middle of your back. When youre sitting on your stomach, youre leaning forward, so the angle of your head is higher than your legs.
I would recommend trying this at the very top of your head with your head on a pillow and your legs hanging over your knees, and the middle point is the pillow. If you want to be more comfortable on your stomach, sit on your side with your legs hanging over, or on your back with your legs hanging over your thighs.
I think if you are sitting on your stomach, you might want to try resting your head on the top of your thighs.
I’ve heard that this tip works in many different positions and angles, but I haven’t tried it myself. I’m not sure I’d recommend it though, so maybe you’ll have to try it your self.
You can sit on your side with your legs hanging over your thighs and rest your head on the pillow. This one I think is a little tricky, because it depends on the angle of your head on the pillow. If you want the pillow to be up, you will have to lean back as well as sit on your stomach. If you want it to be down, you will have to lean forward as well as sit on your stomach.
