Our food truck is a local, family-owned business in taiwan. We are a family business that started 5 years ago. We make our food from local fresh ingredients that are grown in our farm.
We believe that food shouldn’t be treated as just another commodity, but should be treated like a human being. In the time we have been growing our food, we’ve seen how food has changed the way that we live. We are currently taking the next step in this direction by opening our food truck to more taiwan locals and tourists.
We aim to change the way that we cook and eat by serving our food to our customers in a casual, easy to eat style. We will focus on making our food more healthy and delicious, but will also serve less processed and more natural ingredients. At the same time, we think of our truck as a part of our overall lifestyle, and we hope to expand our business to other parts of the city.
We have great plans to do this. We will be opening our truck to local people who want to eat, drink, and chat. We will also have a larger food menu, and serve it with plenty of fresh fruit and vegetables as well as our signature drink. The truck will have tables, open for public viewing, where our customers can socialize and drink wine and beer while enjoying our delicious food. We will also be offering a unique cocktail service (mix and match your favorite spirits).
We are excited to see the response to our food truck. It’s very different from other food trucks, we hope. We are open to suggestions, and there are some items on our menu that we may not be able to do… but we hope to see what you think, and we want to hear from you.
We would be remiss not to mention that we are also a coffee shop which is open for business, and our menu is the perfect mix of American and Asian flavors. We are also offering a variety of cakes and cookies, and they are all made in Taiwan.
We’re now in the final stages of trying to get our food truck up and running. We’re hoping to have a few months left in the budget before we open, but we are still looking for a lot of input from the community, as well as some really cool items that we may not be able to do. I’d like to stress the importance of being open to suggestion, and the importance of having a fun and unique menu. Please share suggestions, and let us know what you think.
