matcha is one of those foods that I can never get enough of. The color, the taste, the texture, the caffeine. It is a bit of an acquired taste, but I love the way it tastes and the way I feel after a good workout. I feel like I’m doing something productive.
There’s a bit of a catch, though. People who are eating matcha are drinking it to make up for the lack of caffeine in their diet. This is all fine, but it can be a bit of a problem if you have a tendency to stay up later than you otherwise might.

This is a problem because I tend to get pretty grumpy if I don’t get around to it. I have a friend who is a total rock and roll guy, but he just eats a bowl of frozen yogurt and doesn’t get out of bed.
Of course, having a workout habit is not the only reason you need to eat well. But it does help a lot. If you are a lazy person, eating a meal and not getting up and moving around can seem more like exercise than just being lazy. And, well, it actually helps you lose weight. I was doing a lot of walking when I was a teenager, and I lost almost 5lbs. If you can, you should definitely get out and do more exercise.
I think I have a slight case of the walking-all-nights thing. I’m not in my 20’s anymore, so I’m not sure if it’s still around. I’m pretty sure it was around in high school and college when I was walking a lot. That’s the biggest thing that I’ve noticed about my exercise habits: I’m pretty much always up and moving, and I don’t feel like I’m burning the calories.

In the new trailer, we see Colt walk into the gym, a scene which is somewhat reminiscent of the trailers for the original Dead Island. There are a few differences though. The gym is actually a gym on Deathloop’s island, which is pretty cool. And instead of being a gym with weights, it’s a weight room where players use their own bodies to lift weights, which is super awesome.
The gym scenes, and the trailer for the game itself, is definitely reminiscent of the original Dead Island, so we are hoping that we will find a lot of similarities in the dialogue and visuals. It’s great to see a new and fresh take on a classic, but it’s also fun to see one that is not just the same old same old.
