Of course, it’s not the only way to eat less meat. If you want to get healthier, you can also reduce your intake of refined carbohydrates and foods that are high in carbs and sugar.
It’s probably not the most popular topic to talk about, but in this case it does seem as if the meat industry is in trouble. Meat is the number one contributor to greenhouse gas emissions (a really big problem nowadays, but when it was still a relatively small amount) and if we don’t cut back on meat production we will be in trouble. That’s why it’s especially important to reduce the amount of meat you eat.
