Well, that is a good point, it’s a common confusion. Many people believe that their skincare routine is all day, every day. For those who think that “morning skincare” and “night skincare” are the same, you are absolutely wrong. Morning skincare happens before you wake up, with the majority of your skincare being done when you go to bed.
Most people don’t realize that the majority of your skincare routine is done when you go to bed. Also, most people don’t realize that in order to reap the benefits of morning skincare you have to go to bed earlier. Because you’ll have the most effective protection from the sun in the morning.
It always seems like people ask me why I don’t let a good night’s sleep smooth out my skin. I always tell them the same thing. It’s because I don’t have enough sleep. In other words, the majority of my skincare routines happen at night. The best skincare regimen for me is about an hour a day when I’m at my most fatigued.
So let’s say you live in an apartment building. You have to go to bed at a certain hour most mornings and wake up at a certain hour most mornings. The problem is that there is no way to tell if you sleep or wake up. So you can have the best skincare regimen, but if you go to bed later or wake up later (or both), youll have a worse day.
This is all a bad thing. So bad in fact that many people in the U.S. have a bad habit of falling asleep while driving. (This is called “road rage” – it’s a big thing in my part of the world). On the plus side, you can actually reduce your risk of this happening by keeping your car keys close at hand and ensuring you have a really good one.
If you want to know when you’re asleep, you’ll need a really good night-light. That’s the best way to know when you’re awake, but not the best way to know when you’re sleeping. So you have to keep your eyes open, but you also need to be really, really alert.
Your eyes have the ability to detect motion and you have to keep them open. But your brain has the ability to shut down when you are asleep. However, if you are asleep for about 20 minutes, it will begin to shut down. So your brain will first shut down to a point that you cant see anything, then it will shut down to a point that you can see everything. So to wake up when you have to do something, you need to be really very, really awake.
The most well-documented case of sleep deprivation is in the military. I’m sure you’ve seen the effects of sleep deprivation on soldiers. But the military is also one of the places where sleep deprivation seems to be the rule. For example, sleep deprivation seems to be the norm in a lot of military training exercises, like the Marine Corps boot camp. There you learn to drive a car, you learn to fly a plane, and you learn to swim.
There are some who say that if you are going to train for something, you should learn everything you can within the first few weeks of training. I dont know about that. I think it depends on the thing you are training for.
