Today’s article is all about my new work out routine. I’ve been pretty consistent about my workout routine for the last couple of years and it still is a big part of my life. I’ve been using it for the last couple of years to help with my weight loss, and it’s helped me keep in shape, too. My new routine is a combination of light cardio and light weights. I feel my body is more responsive to weight training and cardio than I used to, so I try to incorporate them into my daily routine. My workout schedule is flexible and I do not have to stick to a schedule.

It’s a combination of protein powder, a creatine, and some weird liquid called “MCT Oil.” I have a bottle of the liquid and a bottle of MCT Oil in my locker at work. So I’m able to supplement on the go. I also have a bottle of MCT Oil in my gym bag at work because I plan to supplement while I’m in class.
I have been using Muscletech for a little over a year. I started using it to bulk up, and now I am looking to continue to bulk up. I do not think that I need to bulk up every day of my life. I believe that there are times when I can go a full week without exercising. I have been using Muscletech for about 2 years now, and plan to continue using it long term.
