I love working out! I like the feel of sweat on my body and the endorphins it creates. It is also one of the most fun ways to relieve stress. I love to challenge myself and I am always looking for a new and better way to workout.
I’m not sure that “workout” and “work for me” are the right words for what this workout is. I guess I mean it in a very positive light. I’m here to tell you that if you are going to exercise at all, you definitely need to do it for YOU. In order for you to do a good workout, you need to do the workouts that you feel you are capable of doing.
The purpose of this workout is to get you into the body you want to be in, so you can go forth and accomplish your goals. There are many different kinds of workouts, but I like the ones that focus on core strength and the cardiovascular system. We talk a lot about cardio in our workshop, but this is a great way to strengthen your abdominal muscles and work your entire body by working on your heart and lungs.
When you do a good workout, you need to go into it with a good attitude. You need to believe that you are capable of doing anything you set out to do. If you make excuses to yourself, you won’t be able to do the workout. You need to work yourself in such a way that you can’t deny yourself the things you need to do.
