The outward tips below are a collection of ideas and tips that I’ve picked up over the years that really work to make me feel better about myself. I am constantly striving to better myself by being kinder, having a better attitude, and being more grateful for the many things I have in my life.
In this same vein, make a habit of letting your inner child go to bed early so you can spend more time with your friends and loved ones. This is especially important if you’re in college or have kids so you can spend your life with them without feeling guilty or like you’ve failed at something.
That said, at the beginning, it may not seem like it because we tend to do this kind of thing all the time. But the truth is that when we can’t see our own inner child and are constantly trying to help our friends, family, and loved ones, then our own inner child is so much more aware of what we’re doing than we are.

I think it is important to know that the outer child is your true self. When you are in that place in your life where you just feel like you need to take care of your inner child, you are not who you really are. We are often afraid to even acknowledge that our inner child is real because we are afraid that it will hurt us.
It is important to remember that all children feel the same way. They are just children. They can be hurt, they can be scared, they can be selfish and crazy. We are not our inner child, so we do not have to take care of him/her.
Another thing to keep in mind is that the inner child doesn’t have to be scary. Remember that the real you has the qualities that make her scary. For example, you may feel that you are too emotional, but that’s just not true. You may feel that you aren’t assertive, but that’s not true either. You may be timid and afraid of showing up for a certain situation, but that’s just not true either.
Of course, there are times when you’re just scared. This is when your inner child can be really scary. For example, you may be a very timid person, but you can also be very brave. You may be afraid to show up, but you can go out there and do things. You may be afraid to leave your family for a certain situation, but you can leave that situation and be the person you want to be.
In this scenario, you know the truth, and you don’t care. The truth is that you don’t have to be a perfect person, you just have to be you. No matter what you do, the world just will.
